How disruptive is the engagement process to daily operations?
We are deliberate about minimising interruption. Document reviews are coordinated around your team's schedule, and interviews are kept to focused sessions of no more than ninety minutes. Most clients find the process considerably less disruptive than they had anticipated.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Confidentiality is fundamental to this work. All engagement materials are covered under a mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before any information is shared. We do not discuss client details with third parties under any circumstances.
What does the final deliverable look like?
Reports are structured and written in plain language — for decision-makers, not for filing. Each engagement ends with a written report, an in-person debrief, and a summary of recommended next steps tailored to your specific situation.
Can we engage you for just one service?
Each engagement is available as a standalone project. There is no requirement to proceed to further work, though many clients find it natural to address adjacent areas once an initial engagement clarifies where they stand.
How is payment structured?
Payment is typically split into two parts: a deposit to confirm the engagement, and a balance upon delivery of the final report. Specific terms are outlined clearly in the engagement letter before any work begins.
