Our Methodology

How we work, regardless of which engagement you choose

Every Corvid Path engagement follows the same general structure. We begin with a scoping conversation — free of charge and without obligation — to understand your situation and confirm whether one of our three services is the right fit. If it is, we prepare an engagement letter that defines exactly what we will do, what we will need from you, the timeline, and the fee.

Work begins only after the engagement letter is agreed and signed by both parties. From that point, your senior adviser leads the process: requesting documents, conducting interviews, analysing data, and developing conclusions. There are no surprises in scope or billing.

All engagements conclude with a written report and a structured debrief session, typically held in person at our Bangsar office or at a location convenient to you. We follow up within thirty days to check whether questions have arisen as you work through the recommendations.
