Each engagement follows a defined methodology — discovery, analysis, synthesis, and delivery — with milestones communicated in advance. We do not request documents or conversations that are not necessary, and we keep the process moving without requiring constant follow-up from your side.

Engagement timelines are fixed at the outset. The Organisational Health Check is delivered in two weeks. The Revenue Stream Analysis in three. Succession Planning across ten to fourteen weeks with regular progress sessions throughout.

The final report is not the end of the engagement. Every delivery includes a structured debrief session where we walk through the findings in full and answer questions. We provide a prioritised list of recommended actions, not a long list of observations without direction.

Clients leave each engagement with a clearer understanding of their current position and a realistic view of what to address first, what to monitor, and what can be deferred.

Value Benefit

Fees that reflect the value of the work

Our fees are fixed by engagement, not charged by the hour. RM 900 for an Organisational Health Check, RM 2,100 for a Revenue Stream Analysis, and RM 3,600 for an Exit and Succession Planning engagement. There are no additional charges for document preparation, travel within Klang Valley, or the debrief session.

Compared to the cost of making a poorly informed decision — about a leadership transition, a revenue structure, or an organisational problem left unaddressed — these are considered investments by our clients.

We take on a limited number of engagements at any one time, so each client receives proper attention throughout. You can contact your adviser directly during the engagement, and most questions are addressed the same business day.
